STEADY ON A JOURNEY

To be a leading centre of all round education for self-sustainability.

Kololo Senior Secondary School is an “O” and “A” level mixed day school in Kampala, Uganda founded in 1954. The school is a registered Government school, under the Ministry of Education and Sports.

Over the last 69 years, we’ve nurtured doers and leaders by creating an academic atmosphere where great ideas and unexpected discoveries rule the day. Kololo S.S educational experiences change the lives of our students—and the lives of the communities they serve as experts and professionals.

Kololo S.S was originally called Government Indian Senior Secondary School Kololo but the name changed to Senior Secondary School Kololo, in 1972 and subsequently evolved to the current Kololo Senior Secondary School with a current total staff count of 145 (teaching & non teaching)
