A Kololo Secondary School education transforms you. Whether you’re an ordinary or advanced high school student, you’ll encounter ideas and have experiences that help you refine your goals, develop the skills to reach them, and put you on the path to academic and personal success.
Kololo S.S. follows the Secondary Education National curriculum in Uganda. It is a six year cycle from Senior one to Senior six having learners with average age between 13 years and 19 years.
The Ministry of Education and Sports launched the new lower secondary curriculum in 2020, and Kololo Senior Secondary School is one of many USE-government-aided institutions that has fully embraced it.
The new lower secondary curriculum aims to provide a more holistic and skills-based education for students, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical application of knowledge. Kololo Senior Secondary School has integrated these principles into their teaching methods and curriculum, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.

An environment of exploration and achievement
All academic activity at Kololo SS happens in a lively, motivating community of expert teachers committed to serving students who want to achieve great things—and want to help those around them do the same.
